Ashish and Vineet lead a team of financial, marketing and technical experts at VAY as CEO and Director respectively.

Has over 32 years of experience in the core Energy domain and has closely seen the transition of energy from production to utilization in various capacities including, value added engineered solutions, value added project management, production, project finance and market trends Analysis.

The Experience includes Core Energy Domain starting from Exploration, refining to Power generations (Conventional and Renewable) to Utilization of Energy. As part of the energy transition movement has also evolved in supporting and propagating the transition across India, Middle East, Asia Pacific and US by bringing in concepts and technologies together.

Ashish has a proven track record of analyzing emerging energy market and then formulating and implementing successful penetration strategies for deep penetration using pull through approach.

Ashish received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology and Diploma in marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies from Mumbai and MBA from Amity Bussiness school Noida.

Prior to joining VAY Technosoft he was working with Ernst & Young LLP from the year 2014-22, PwC from the year 2012-14 with their regulatory practice. He advised clients on regulatory, compliance and contractual issues. He advised clients on issues such as revenue sharing, obligations arising out of license conditions and regulations issued by various regulator(s)

During this stint he advised leading companies including Fortune 500 companies and worked with boards, audit committees and senior management thereof to resolve complex business issues. Conducted extensive regulatory and financial result audits providing key findings, including potential risks for prominent telecom operators in India, Middle east and other South Asian countries.

Vineet has over 20 years of experience in the field of Telecommunications and Operational Planning & Management of Telecom networks. Vineet has extensive knowledge of policies/ procedures/ compliance related issues for telecom companies and broadcasters in India.

Vineet is a qualified lawyer and electrical engineer. He received Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Law from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur and Delhi University respectively. Vineet operates out of Noida.
